Depression, stress, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an intensive treatment method designed to help people to change disruptive/negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to successfully navigate the challenges that life presents.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) incorporates positive psychology principles: it is a hope friendly, positive emotion eliciting, future-oriented vehicle for formulating, motivating, achieving, and sustaining desired behavioral change.

Cultural humility is a lifelong process of self-reflection and self-critique whereby the individual not only learns about another’s culture, but one starts with an examination of her/his own beliefs and cultural identities. This critical consciousness is more than just self-awareness, it requires one to step back to understand one’s own assumptions, biases and values.
